As CBX Solutions (formerly Cook & Boardman) continued its rapid growth, the company needed a new workplace that could unite its corporate headquarters and Winston-Salem regional office under one roof. Workplace Architecture + Design partnered with CBX to evaluate multiple properties through strategic test fits before selecting two floors within One West Fourth Tower in downtown Winston-Salem.

Designed in close collaboration with the CBX team, the new workplace supports focused work, collaboration, training, and client engagement while reflecting the company’s culture and continued growth. The space also functions as a dynamic showroom, showcasing CBX’s extensive portfolio of products—from doors, frames, and hardware to access control systems, restroom accessories, and other integrated building technologies—creating an immersive environment where clients and employees can experience the company’s capabilities firsthand.
