Workplace Architecture + Design (Workplace) provided the Programming for Elon University’s downtown project. The project involved a new building owned by an outside developer as a mixed-use location with retail space on the ground level and office areas on the 2 to 3 floors above. Elon used the programming exercise to determine how to best utilize the available space and which departments may be best suited for relocation. In a second phase, Workplace A+D will provide architecture and Interior Design upfit documentation for the selected departments.
